Terms of service
Last updated: 1 September 2026. By buying or using a subscription you agree to what is written here.
1. Who we are
This website and the subscriptions sold through it are operated by Smartthree ("we", "us"). You can reach us on the WhatsApp number shown on the contact page. WhatsApp is our only support channel — we do not run a support email address.
2. What the subscription is
A subscription gives you a login that lets a compatible media player connect to our service for the term you paid for. It is a service, not a physical product, and not a licence to any particular channel or title.
We describe the service honestly, but the channel list and library change over time. Feeds are added and removed. A specific channel being available on the day you sign up is not a guarantee it stays available for your whole term. If something you specifically bought the service for disappears and we cannot restore it, tell us and we will work out a fair adjustment.
3. Your account
- One connection streams one thing at a time.
- A subscription is for one household. Sharing your login outside it is not allowed.
- Logins used from several locations at once are locked automatically by the panel. If that happens to you in good faith — you travel, say — message us and we will sort it out.
- You are responsible for keeping your login private. Losses caused by you passing it on are not our responsibility.
4. What you may not do
- Resell, redistribute or rebroadcast the service, unless you hold a reseller panel from us.
- Record, copy or publish the streams.
- Attempt to extract, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, the panel, or the playlists.
- Use the service for anything unlawful where you are.
Breaking any of these ends the subscription immediately with no refund.
5. Your own responsibilities
You need an internet connection able to carry video — 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K — and a device that plays standard M3U or Xtream streams. Your ISP, your router, your Wi-Fi and your device are yours to manage. We will help you troubleshoot them, gladly, but a problem that turns out to be your local network is not a fault in the service.
6. Availability
We target 99.9% availability and run load-balanced servers to get there, but no service is perfect. Short interruptions for maintenance, upstream failures or force majeure can happen. Extended outages caused by us are covered by the refund policy.
7. Payment
Prices are shown on the pricing page in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is taken up front for the full term. There is no auto-renewal and no contract — when your term ends, the line simply stops unless you renew.
We never ask for an OTP, a card PIN, or access to your banking app. If a message claiming to be from us asks for any of those, it is not from us.
8. Trials
The free trial is 2 days on one connection, one per household. Trials are provided as-is and may be refused or withdrawn if abused — repeatedly requesting new trials instead of subscribing, for example.
9. Ending the subscription
You can stop at any time by simply not renewing. We may end a subscription immediately if you break section 4, if a payment is reversed after the line is created, or if we are legally required to.
10. Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the current term. We are not liable for indirect losses — missed events, lost time, or consequential damage of any kind.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new version. Material changes are announced on WhatsApp to active subscribers.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it. Any dispute goes to the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms: message us on the WhatsApp number on the contact page.
